The Challenge
The Tulane School of Liberal Arts (SLA) houses 35 departments and interdisciplinary programs, each with its own priorities and audiences. The school needed a consistent story that could connect across all of these areas while supporting enrollment goals, particularly for its Summer Courses program.
The Work
With The Vault Collective, I worked with SLA leadership to clarify and strengthen their communications. My work included:
Analyzing the school’s pillars, priorities, collateral, and digital presence to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Delivering a strategic audit with recommendations for a sustainable marketing program.
Developing a new communications framework to unify messaging across departments.
Crafting campaign strategies and content, including messaging to boost Summer Courses enrollment.
Advising on digital marketing, SEO, and navigation updates to improve reach and usability.
The Impact
The Tulane School of Liberal Arts gained a clear, strong voice that connected their diverse programs under one unified story. The new communications framework strengthened their digital presence and equipped the team with tools for ongoing success.
Summer Courses enrollment climbed, and the school was positioned with a sustainable marketing approach to amplify impact across every department.
