The Challenge
As NOEW expanded, the team needed to reach new audiences and strengthen the event’s positioning. Their goal was to broaden the base of attendees, attract additional partners and sponsors, and refine messaging across every channel and touchpoint.
With The Vault Collective, I advised NOEW’s leadership on marketing and communications strategy while shaping content and campaigns. My work included:
Crafting copy for marketing collateral, website, email campaigns, and social media to highlight programming and speakers.
Supporting brand and content strategy to align messaging with NOEW’s inclusive vision.
Copyediting and refining communications to ensure clarity and impact across channels.
Advising on campaign strategy to maximize reach and engagement across local and national audiences.

NOEW 2025 achieved record-breaking visibility and engagement:
56.5% first-time attendees, broadening the community reach.
53% active founders (with 18% aspiring entrepreneurs), reflecting stronger founder engagement.
8 lead partners and 30 sponsors, expanding the event’s financial and programmatic support.
132 speakers across 63 sessions and 3 stages.
75M+ earned media impressions, elevating NOEW’s profile nationally.
This expanded reach and impact positioned NOEW as New Orleans’ flagship innovation event and a leading hub for entrepreneurship and ideas.
